The Declaration of Intent rules for the Open and Senior Open have changed in 2023!
Bowlers will be eligible to bowl in a zone if they have a rolling average in that zone with a minimum of 50 games over 3 years, as published in the Average Book and on the O5PBA site every year. The bowler must also purchase a membership card in that zone.
